The 50.8mm round tube with a 1.6mm wall thickness simply slides through the top ring and fits over the end of the sleeve on the bottom.

What is it made out of?
316 grade Stainless Steel in a Satin finish.

Can it be used for exterior applications?
As it is 316 grade Stainless Steel, it is more than suitable for use outside.

How do you fix it to the stainless steel tube?
Use the screws on the side of the rings to lock the tube into position and stop it from sliding.
