The Story

Where would you normally use post moulds?
As a decorative feature on a 90 x 90mm post.

What is it made out of?
Plantation grown Radiata Pine that has been H3 treated (suitable for above ground use).
PLEASE NOTE : It is supplied as a 1-piece unit designed to slip over a 90 x 90mm post during installation. If the post is already in place, then we suggest using the AM009R post capital mould, as this is sold in a length which can be cut to size and fitted around the existing post.

How should you finish it?
A water based primer/undercoat is not a necessity (although it wouldn’t hurt), but at least 2 coats of the final colour is a must.
Leaving it unfinished, oiling it or using a clear lacquer is not recommended.
Speak to your local paint retailer for more info.
