The Story

Where would you normally use post moulds?
As a decorative feature on a 112 x 112mm post.

What is it made out of?
Plantation grown Radiata Pine that has been H3 treated (suitable for above ground use).
PLEASE NOTE : This product is supplied as a 4 piece kit. Each piece has been precision cut with a 45 degree mitre on each end, so that they will snuggly fit around a 112 x 112mm post during or after installation of the post.

How should you finish it?
We recommend using nails or an exterior grade glue to fix the 4 pieces together on the post.
A water based primer/undercoat is not a necessity (although it wouldn’t hurt), but at least 2 coats of the final colour is a must.
Leaving it unfinished, oiling it or using a clear lacquer is not recommended.
Speak to your local paint retailer for more info.
