Where would you use a rivet nut?
When doing a wire cable balustrade, to fix the wire fittings to the stainless steel posts.
It is designed to work in conjunction with the SSW070XMB left-hand terminal. Other M6 left-hand threads are also compatible, but may not match the black colouration.
What is it made from?
Black 304 grade stainless steel
How do I install it?
To be able to correctly secure the rivet nut into the post, you will need to use the rivet nut tool (IF124X).
Drill a 9mm diameter hole in the metal post (round or square), then use the tool to secure the nut in position.
The rivet nut will fasten to material with a wall thickness of 0.7 to 4.0mm
